Helen A. Sears (daughter of Lewis Sears and Eugenia)²⁰³² was born 18 Mar 1849 in Risingville or Thurston, New York²⁰³², and died 08 Aug 1926 in Painted Post, New York²⁰³². She married David Converse Chase on 10 Oct 1865 in Cambell, New York, son of Lewis Dorman Chase Sr and Emily Williams.

1870 Census: Her sister Dellie was living with them, probably to help with the newborn baby.

1910 Census: She was living with her daughter Florence Chase Gibbons and husband Harold C. in Painted Post, NY.

1920 Census: She was living alone in Painted Post. I have not been able to find the Gibbons on the 1920 Census yet. (Mar 2007) There was a Hall family living next door.
