SECOND GENERATION2. * William Albert GIFFORD was born on 21 Mar 1918 in Filer, Twin Falls, ID. (2) He died on 16 Feb 1993 in Ontario, Malheur, OR. (3) He was survived by his wife, Norma of Nyssa, Ore.; four sons, William of Ontario, Ore., Wayne of Boise, Kenneth of Coleman, Texas, Melvin of Caldwell; one daughter Colleen Moser of Redding, Calif.; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two sister, Angie Chaney of Nampa, and Francis Brownfield of Boise; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by six sister, three brothers, and one grandson. He was buried on 20 Feb 1993 in Nyssa Cemetery, Nyssa, Malheur, OR.(4) (5) Funeral services was held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, at the Nyssa's Lienkaemper Chapel. Albert was one of 12 children. He moved with his family when he was young child from Filer to Emmett. He attended school in the Big Bend area. After he was married he continued to work on farms in the area moving to Caldwell in 1943 and began working for the Dairyman's Creamery in Caldwell. They moved back to Nyssa in 1946 where he began working at the Sugar Factory and continued to work there until he retired in 1980. He continued to live in Nyssa until his death. He loved to go hunting, fishing, and camping. He enjoyed watching the wild life outdoors. He attended the 1st Christian Church in Nyssa and was a member of the Nyssa Senior Citizens. He was married to * Norma Jaunita MOLT on 8 Feb 1939 in Boise, Ada, ID. 3.
