MRS. ETTA BURCHETT

Mrs. Etta Burchett of Gorin, Missouri , 65 years old, died at 6:40 o'clock Monday morning, December 29, at St. Joseph Hospital in Keokuk, Iowa. Funeral services have been set for 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon, January 2, from the Gorin Methodist church. Burial will be in Gorin Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Gutting Funeral home until noon Friday, then will be taken to the Gorin Methodist Church.
Rev. Dayton Grover will officate.
Mrs. Etta Smith Burchett was born August 1, 1887, in Kansas, the daughter of William L. and Charlotte Arnold Smith. She was married to Fred Burchett, who preceeded her in death.
Mrs. Burchett is survived by three daughters: Mr. Olin Jinkens, of Ashton, Missouri, Mrs. Youree Hamilton of Hutchinson, Kansas, and one son, Frederick Burchett of Barstow, California.
Mrs. William Massey of Topeka, Kansas was reared in the Burchett home and was loved as their own. Also surviving are 2 brothers and seven grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Burchett moved to Gorin, Missouri seven years ago, having come from La Junta, Colorado.

MRS. ETTA BURCHETT OF GORIN DIES

Mrs. Etta Burchett of Gorin, Missouri died Monday morning December 29, in St. Joseph Hospital in Keokuk, Iowa.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed, but the funeral will be held in Gorin with burial in the Gorin cemetery.
Among Mrs. Burchett's survivors is a daughter Mrs. Olin Jinkens of Medill, Missouri.
