RITES TODAY FOR H.O. PARRISH

HORACE O, PARRISH 37, Native of Florida and a resident of Eaton Park for 10 years, died at Morrell Hospital on Friday afternoon. Funeral Services will be held this afternoon at 3:00 from the Eaton Park
Baptist Church, Rev. G.C. Voyles will officiate and interment will be in Gapway Cemetery, with Futch-Steen Company in charge. The deceased was an employee of The Southern Phosphate Company and prominent in church work, being the Choir Director and Sunday School Superintendent of the Eaton Park Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Susana W. Parrish, two sons Horace Wesley and Joe Keith Parrish. His parents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph T. Parrish and a sister Lizzie Mae Wilkerson of Palatka. Active pallbearers will be Jake Williams, J.D. Williams, Louis Humphreys, G.W. McClelland and Ted McClelland. Honorary pallbearers J. Willford, T.E. Hill, John Williams and Ferman Nettles.
