John Thomas BANDY (son of James Thomas BANDY and Nancy S. SIMMONS) was born January 18, 1879 in Brown, Columbia County, Arkansas, and died May 19, 1942 in Bradley, Lafayette County, Arkansas. He married Nancy Emaline CAINE on 1920 in Lafayette County, Arkansas, daughter of Samuel Peter CAINE and Minerva Easter INGRAM.

Notes for John Thomas BANDY:
1. John Bandy had a sister married to a Mr. Burns (no relation to Homer Burns) who lived and had a store at Arkana, Arkansas.
2. John Bandy died of TB in the early 1940's; Aunt Christine told Charles Hines that she had taken him to see his grandfather (John Bandy) when he was a baby or small child, but Mr. Bandy would not get close to him because of his TB.
