1. 1850 - 1860, Telford Ingram built wagons in Springfield, MO.  He made the hub out of black locust and the rest out of Pine & White Oak.  He made horseshoes and plow tools for farming.  He had to close his shop for the War between the States.  Information from hand-written note by Christine Wedgeworth, his grand-daughter.
2.  He was drafted into the army in 1862 and he served 3 years & 9 months; he ran a general shop and maintained all the artillery.   Information from hand- written note by Christine Wedgeworth, his grand-daughter.
3.  Refer to 1870 Jackson, Edgar County, Missouri census.
4.  Refer to 1850 District 19, Edgar County, Illinois census for 3 Ingram families, Joseph Ingram, Margaret Ingram and Miller Ingram,  Looks like Miller Ingram is ours and the others are relatives.
