2. Holloway Pass was born on 4 Mar 1762 in VA, Halifax Co.. He died in Sep 1845 in NC. He was buried in NC, Guilford Co.. Holloway served as a Private in the Revolutionay War. He was in a battle at
Rugley's Mill and at Brown Marsh. Holloway, at age 74 applied for, and was
granted a pension ($20 per annum) for his service in the Revolutionary War.
When applying for the pension, he stated that "the old family records which
contains his age is in the possession of his younger brother, Thomas PASS of
Georgia.." Holloway was living in Caswell County, NC at the time of the
application for a pension.

Holloway was wounded in the knee and was crippled for life. Family tradition
is that this wound was received at Guilford. The will of Holloway was probated
at the February term of court 1846, Greensboro, Guilford County, NC.

He was married to Kaziah Robinson on 12 Dec 1785 in NC, Caswell Co.. Kaziah Robinson was born in 1769. She died in 1828. Holloway Pass and Kaziah Robinson had the following children:
