(1) was born in 1753 in Holland\Germany. He died in 1813 in Penn..

(including people from the Palatine) reveal that in 1731, The Ship Samuel, Hugh
Percy Commander, from Rotterdam, arrived August 16th 1731. Amoung the men's
names age 16 and upwards are: Henry Knop, Phillip Knop. Women's names 16 years
of age and upwards: Katrena Knop, Ann Knop. Children: George Knop, Menea Knop,
Peter Knop. In August 17th 1731 Present: His Honorable ye Lt. Govr. S. Hasel,
Esqr, Thos. Griffits Esgr, Mayor. Oath was made to the forgoing list by Hugh
Percy, Master of the Ship Samuel. Robt. Charles, Cl. Com.
He was married to Mary WISMER. Mary WISMER
