Hello Everyone, and welcome to my family tree site!
My name is Jackie Gilmartin, and I have discovered the art of family genealogy! I recently started researching my family history and genealogy. It began when one day when I was speaking with my grandmother, Martha E. (Streible) King, and I realized that time was quickly slipping away, and I hardly knew anyone from my grandmother’s family, or where they came from.
After talking with my mom, and my aunt, I also soon discovered that they really didn’t know much of where there ancestors came from either. Since then I have learned so much, and have found that our ancestors came from Germany in 1855 and settled in Kentucky and Indiana.
This is my first web page, and I hope you enjoy it. If you are a relative and would like to be included, or should you find any errors my data, please don’t hesitate to email me. I’m always looking for accurate information, and I am also always looking to add to my tree. I am also willing to share any information that I have.
