I have books on the Kirk family, dated 1904 which I inherited, also the Lawrence family, dataed 1856 it was a gift to my Great Grandfather, Dr. Willis Enoch Buck from his Grandmother. Working from book on the Edie family also. At this point in time I am trying to get all this information on the website so it will be available to everyone. The Lawrence book commissioned by Amos A. Lawrence, ESQ and will go to the Lawrence Museum at KU in Lawrence, Kansas. Lawrence, Kansas is named for Amos Lawrence, and Lawrence, Massachusetts is named for John Lawrence. Appleton University is named for Amos's wife and is located in Appleton, Wisconsin. The Lawrence's are known for their support of education and founding of colleges and universities.
