his services for holding an inquest over the dead body of John M---------.
Also the sum of fifty cents each to the following named persons for their
service as jurors, to wit, Russell WHITWORTH, A. M. WHITWORTH, Thomas B.
WHITWORTH, James M. STEPHENSON, Aron A. MCDOUGALL, Samuel M. SHELTON,
James ---------, John SANDERS, W. L. SHELTON, William LAND & John A.
WOODALL, Smith WALKER, foreman.

Ordered by the court that the trustees of Lincoln County pay Jacob W.
FORMWALT Coroner five Dollars for holding a Jury of Inquest over the body of
Richard CLAUNCH, also W. W. McNELLY five Dollars as the Physician and Smith
L. WALKER, Jacob BERRIER, Jesse SHELTON, Samuel M. SHELTON, Thos. J.
WHITWORTH, James M. STEPHENSON, A. A. MCDOUGALL, John SAUNDERS, W. L.
SHELTON, Sandy HENDERSON, Russell WHITWORTH & William M. HENDERSON fifty
cents for their services as Jurors.
