Anderson M. Pierson (son of Richmond Pierson and Nancy M. Shows) was born 1859, and died 1925 in Swisher County, Texas. He married Marian Hermina Shows on October 29, 1889 in Bibb County, Alabama, daughter of James Benjamin Lloyd Shows and Mary Frances Peters.
