Augustin Columbus Jones (son of Samuel Buck Jones and Irena Phillips) was born September 04, 1850 in Lincoln County, Tennessee, and died September 03, 1915 in Dallas, Texas.

Notes for Augustin Columbus Jones:
A.C. Jones moved to Dallas, Texas in 1873 and opened a grocery store near his home
at the corner of Dallas Avenue and Lagow Avenue. Attended the Old Floyd Street
Methodist Church until 1912 when joined the the Exposition Park Presbyterian
Church where his funeral was held. Inattendance was his sister Martha Louisa
Jones Bovell from Mesquite, Tx. He never married.
