Henry Jr. owned and operated the Sis & Hen grocery store with his wife for 25 years, also California Markets with his brothers. Then became the general manager of St. Vincent de Paul Store, he built three of these stores.

Was a life member of K. of C.

4th degree Knight of St. Gregory, when he became a Knight (October 9, 1967) there was only one other in the Evansville. He also was a charter member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Evansville.

Henry sold his house at Runnymeade, circa 7/1986, to Dennis Mehringer and moved to St. Joseph, IN near his son, Francis.

Raised a foster son, name of Robert Wayne.
