The briefs you speak of have gone with the case to Washington. I did not keep a copy of either - Each party pays their own costs, without regard to who gains (?) the suit.

According to notation in family book maintained by Wiley Bruce Jordan Sr., and in the possession of Elmer Jordan, viewed by Elaine Jones in November 1997:
Robert Jordan had several brothers and sisters - two sisters married Moore brothers here in Curry County, one married R. (Robert) Brooks who also came out from Missouri - they had one son. If this is so, it would have to be Mary. Elizabeth married Daniel W. Butler, Nancy and Margaret married the Moore brothers. Children were: Lemuth\Lemuel (?) JACKSON, Martha J. JACKSON, Susan A. JACKSON, Henry A. JACKSON, David JACKSON, Samuel JACKSON.
