Joint Heirs subject to the Dowery of my wife, Hannah, the said John Morgan, Isaac Morgan, and William Morgan shall pay or cause to be paid unto Sarah Butler my daughter wife of Jonathan Butler the sum of fifty dollars at the expiration of three years-to Jesse Morgan, my son the sum of one dollar at the expiration four years-to Rebecca Butler wife of Thomas Butler Junior the sum of Fifty dollars at the expiration of four years-to Jonathan Morgan my son the sum of one dollar at the expiration of four years-to James Morgan my son the sum of fifty dollars to be paid at the expiration of two years. I do also leave my son Jesse Morgan and Jonathan Butler my son in law my true and lawful Administrators to sell and convey the North West half of the North West quarter of Section No. 20 of Range No. 13 of township No. 14 at such times and such prices as they may think proper for the benefit of my Creditors and to dispose of all my personal property for the benefit of my creditors and the rest to be equally divided between my lawful Heirs and to collect all Debts that may be found due to me this will to bear state and be in force from and after my decease March the 14th 1823.
