She was Signed daughter's marriage license on 17 Dec 1908 in Polk Co., Oregon. She was living before 14 Feb 1909 in Five Miles S. W. of Salem, Marion Co., Oregon. She died on 14 Feb 1909 in Salem, Marion Co., Oregon. (336) Dalles Chronicle May 5, 1909:
"The sad news reached this place last week of the death of Mrs. Jane Parker of Eola, Polk County, who died on February 14. Mrs. Parker has a number of relatives and many friends here who are saddened by her death. She was a resident of Tygh Valley many years ago, being married there to a former husband, Thomas Jordan, while coming to Oregon from Missouri in 1859 with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Welch. After a few years residence in Tygh she moved to the Willamette Valley where she resided until her death. Mrs. Parker was the mother of twelve children, of whom six survive, all being grown up and living in different parts of the state."

Polk County Observer Feb. 16, 1909:
"Pioneer Woman Passes Away: Mrs. Jane Parker died at her home in Eola, Sunday morning, from an attack of heart trouble, being 66 years of age at the time of her death. Mrs. Parker was born in Missouri, coming to Oregon in 1859 and locating in Wasco county, where she was married to Thomas Jordan. She was the mother of 12 children, six of whom survive her, as follows: Mrs. C. A. Oliver, Portland; Allan Jordan, Portland; Mrs. Inez Ferguson, Portland; John Jordan, Salem; Willis Jordan, Grant county; Clara Gehlke, Eola. After the death of Mr. Jordan she was married to William Parker, who also preceded her to the grave. The funeral will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, from the home, at 2 p.m. and interment will made at City View cemetery." She was buried in City View Cemetery, Salem, Marion Co., Oregon.
