368. John DOBBS Sr. ⁽⁷⁰⁾. John is the brother of Nathanel. They applied together in Athens, GA for Revolutionary War pensions. Shows up in Wilks Co., NC in 1780. In 1786 has a land grant in SC on the Savannah River, across from Franklin Co., GA. In 1788, is in Wilks Co., GA. Later lived on Cedar Creek in Franklin Co. GA. He was married. Children were:
