4. Theodore William RASCHE was born on 2 Aug 1869 in Burlington, Iowa. He died on 6 Feb 1969 in Woodstock Homes, Woodstock, Illinois. He was buried on 9 Feb 1969 in Aspen Grove Cemetary, Burlington, Iowa. He was married to Mattie Lou HORTON on 27 Dec 1893.

5. Mattie Lou HORTON was born on 6 Oct 1869 in Glendale, Iowa. She died on 27 Jun 1911 in Fairfield, Iowa. Died of (breast) cancer. Children were:

i. Hazel Vera RASCHE was born on 5 Feb 1897 in Burlington, Iowa. She died on 8 Feb 1947 in Coral Gables, Florida. Died of cancer.
ii. Ruth Naomi RASCHE was born on 9 Oct 1898 in Burlington, Iowa. She died on 15 Mar 1942 in Burlington, Iowa. Died of cancer.
iii. Myrtle Elizabeth RASCHE was born on 18 Nov 1900 in Burlington, Iowa. She died on 8 Jun 1928. Myrtle had left home on her own and gone to Chicago. Later she went to Florida where she became pregnant by a doctor she had met. While pregnant, she took her own life. Wesley and Harold went with their father to Florida when this happened.
