This site contains almost all the KINGs of a group of villages in East Norfolk known as EAST FLEGG and WEST FLEGG from about 1750 to 1950.(Few Births or Marriages are shown after 1950 but several Burials may be shown)

The KINGs fall into two large FAMILY TREES headed by ABEL and JANE KING, born about 1741(350 individuals and spouses) and JAMES and SUSANNAH KING born about 1794 (200 individuals and spouses).

The above is well researched and the sources of information may be found in the two Genealogical Reports. The link between the two sub-trees is, however, very tentative and should not be taken too seriously without further research.

PLEASE NOTE that in the APPLET showing the whole tree you will need to carry out the following to see each of the 2 main branches. Right Click on the applet, left click FIND. To get the ABEL KING branch select King. Abel (1741-1783)Click OK.
To get the JAMES KING branch - as above, but select King. James (b1794).

These are essentially surname KING trees in the FLEGGS and as such
(a) do not follow up female KINGs whose name changed on marriage,
(b) do not follow up KINGs who left the area (although I
have information on some of these.)

I would appreciate any Information/Correction/Comment.
