Bond given by William Dendy of Laurens District to James Lee 9 Sept. 1822 to make good and sufficient titles to a tract of land, described in a plat of the same annexed to a Deed from Paul Findley to the said William Dendy. At the death of William Dendy, John S. James, Esq, administered on his personal Estate. James Lee, being insolvent, returned his bond for titles and consented that the contract be rescinded. The said tract of land remains to be partitioned among your orators and oratrix. They pray that land may be sold (filed 14 Feby 1824).
