| I have just begun to search my family tree. James Auther Elrod from AR was my grandfather. His wife was Dolly Clemmons, he had five children, Cleo, Rose Eurselene (Peaches), Edna, Harold and Arvis. As of this time I only know a few things about his family. His father was J.A. Elrod (James or John?), his mother was Purity Raspberry. My greatgrandfather was married before Purity and had two children (girls last know living in CA.) His siblings were Frank, John, Louie, George, Lilly and Mary. James moved his family from AR to TX and then to MS. I am also in search of the Curet family history from Kiln, MS. Any information will be appreciated and shared. |
