James Rossiter (b. 1834, d. 14 Jan 1900)

James Rossiter (son of Thomas Edward Rossiter and Barbara Lee) was born 1834 in Milton, Kent, and died 14 Jan 1900 in 28 Gravel Walk, Ashford, Kent. He married (1) Barbara on 1857. He married (2) Caroline on 1861. He married (3) Elizabeth on 1870. He married (4) Susan Emma Butcher on 31 May 1880.

Notes for James Rossiter:
James Rossiter owned a fun-fair which included swings and roundabout. He would winter "pull in" at Godington Road, Ashford, Kent, although it ws not known if he owned the land. The was acquired by Mather & Smith who built their iron foundry on the site.
