93. Robert Edward LEPAK was born on 27 Sep 1932 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Bob was born at 1155 P.M. He retired on 27 Mar 1972 in San Degio, Ca., as a Chief Quartermaster, from the U.S. Navy having served 23 years.. He was an Assistant to the Director, Physical Plant between 1979 and 1991 in Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, Illinois. He was adopted on 19 Dec 1986 in Shawano County Wisconsin. Bob was adopted by J.F. and Milly Lepak. He was ill with Open Heart Surgery (5 By-Passes) on 27 Jul 1993 in Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. He retired on 30 Jun 1996 in Mundelein, Illinois from REXAM Medical Packaging, having been a maintenance supervisor for 5 years. He was ill with Pulmonary Edema on 4 Apr 1999 in Lake Forest Illinois.

He was married to Dorothy Ann HULL (daughter of Eldred Cecil HULL and Mary Bell Homer HARNING) on 22 Mar 1955 in St. James Lutheran Church, Shawano Wisconsin. Eldred and Mary lived in Bowler since their marriage, where he was an auto
mechinic. Dorothy Ann HULL was born on 23 Feb 1935 in Bowler Wisconsin. She retired on 31 Jul 1996 in Lake Forest, Il. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as the bookkeeper for over 20 years. Robert Edward LEPAK and Dorothy Ann HULL had the following children:

126 ii. Patti Ann LEPAK was born on 13 Aug 1958 in Norfolk Virginia. She died on 14 Aug 1958 in Norfolk Virginia. The immediate cause of Patti's death was Premature Birth. Death occured at 1130 am. She was buried on 15 Aug 1958 in Norfolk Virginia. Patti was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Grave #31, Row 6, Block J.
