36. Maximilian Carl (Max) LEPAK

married to Mary Julia ZUKOWSKA (daughter of Martin ZUKOWSKI
and Mary) on 15 Oct 1907. Mary Julia
ZUKOWSKA
was born on
12 Apr 1887 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. She died on 17 May 1940 in Roselawn Wisconsin.
She died at her home on a Friday afternoon of heart trouble after two weeks
illiness. She lived in Milwaukee most of her life, moving to Roselawn, Wisconsin
with Max after he retired from the police department. Funeral services were
held at 9:30 Tuesday morning at St. Stanislaus church, Hofa Park, Wisconsin with
burial in the church cemetary. Her son The Rev. Theodore Lepak officiated.
