36. Maximilian Carl (Max) LEPAK was born on 10 Oct 1886 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He died on 15 Feb 1947 in Hofa Park Wisconsin. He was buried on 18 Feb 1947 in St Stanislaus Cemetary, Hofa Park, Wisconsin. He retired from the Milwaukee Police Department having served for 23 years. After retiring in 1937 Max and Mary purchased a tavern in Roselawn, Wisconsin. He ran the tavern until 1940 when his son John took over the business.

He was married to Mary Julia ZUKOWSKA (daughter of Martin ZUKOWSKI and Mary) on 15 Oct 1907. Mary Julia ZUKOWSKA was born on 12 Apr 1887 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. She died on 17 May 1940 in Roselawn Wisconsin. She died at her home on a Friday afternoon of heart trouble after two weeks illiness. She lived in Milwaukee most of her life, moving to Roselawn, Wisconsin with Max after he retired from the police department. Funeral services were held at 9:30 Tuesday morning at St. Stanislaus church, Hofa Park, Wisconsin with burial in the church cemetary. Her son The Rev. Theodore Lepak officiated. Maximilian Carl (Max) LEPAK and Mary Julia ZUKOWSKA had the following children:

73 vi. Edward Theodore LEPAK was born on 8 Jul 1920. He died on 5 Aug 1989. He was buried on 9 Aug 1989 in Woods Veterans Cemetary, Milwaukee Wisconsin. He had Social Security Number 392-16-3386. Ed served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
