23. John Joseph LEPAK was born on 24 Jun 1883 in Maple Grove Twn., Shawano County, Wisconsin. He died on 11 May 1963 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. John died at 4:25 PM At St. Mary's Hospital due to cerebral Thrombosis. He was a retired carpenter.

He was married to Frances DUTKIEWICZ on 11 Jun 1907 in Assumption BVM, Pulaski, Wisconsin. Frances DUTKIEWICZ was born on 30 Mar 1890 in Angelica Twnshp., Shawano County, Wisconsin. She died on 14 May 1964 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Frances died at 12:30 PM at St. Mary's Hospital. Death was due to
cerebral arteriosclerosis. Her parents were Michal Dutkiewicz and Marianna Klamkowska. John Joseph LEPAK and Frances DUTKIEWICZ had the following children:

atrophy and extreme wasting, the child becoming a mere skeleton. DOD on
death certificate is 11 Oct 1913 however on her tombstone reads 23 oct
1913. She was buried on 11 Oct 1913 in Assumption BVM Cemetary, Pulaski, Wisconsin.
