25. Mary Catherine LEPAK was born on 26 Mar 1887 in Maple Grove Twn., Shawano County, Wisconsin. She died on 3 May 1941 in Maple Grove Twn., Shawano County, Wisconsin. Mary died of cancer after a lingering illness. She was buried on 6 May 1941 in St. Stanislaus Cemetary, Hofa Park, Wisconsin. After she and Frank were married they lived in Milwaukee for three years
and then came to a farm in Maple Grove.

She was married to Frank P. STEFANIAK on 8 May 1906.
