30. Michael John LEPAK was born on 15 Sep 1895 in Maple Grove Twn., Shawano County, Wisconsin. He died on 27 Feb 1940 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Mike died from injuries received Feburary 23 in a head on crash on Hwy.
29-32 near Elm Tree Corner. He was buried on 2 Mar 1940 in Assumption BVM Cemetary, Pulaski, Wisconsin. He and Anna farmed in the Town of Angelica. He was a WW1 veteran and a
member of the American Legion. He was assigned to an Army camp in Georgia
when the Armistice was signed.

He was married to Anna CZAJKOWSKI on 29 Jun 1920.
