57. Mary Elizabeth LEPAK was born on 17 May 1918 in Angelica Twnshp., Shawano County, Wisconsin. She died on 20 Mar 1964 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Mary died at 2 PM at St. Mary's hospital of acute brain syndrome due to
chronic alcoholism (cirrhosis of the liver). She was buried on 23 Mar 1964 in St. John Baptist Cemetary, Howard, Wisconsin.

She was married to Chester BOHM in Sep 1935 in Waukegan, Illinois. She was divorced from Chester BOHM. Mary lived in Zachow at the time of her divorce.
