125. Ricky Robert LEPAK was born on 1 Feb 1956 in Portsmouth Virginia. He served in the military between 3 Oct 1975 and 30 Nov 1994 in USA. Rick retired from the U.S. Navy as Hospitalman Second Class on November 30, 1994 at Optical Support Unit, Naval Hospital, Great Lakes Illinois. On 17 April 1995 he started work as a chauffeur for George F. Mihelic of Lake Forest Illinois. While at work on 27 December 1995 he complained of chest pain. His boss chauffeured him fifty miles to Lake forest Hospital emergency room. Rick suffered a heart attack. After recuperating he returned to his chauffeuring position.

He was married to Janet VANDENBERG (daughter of Paul John VANDENBERG and Lucy Emily WINTER) on 16 Aug 1975 in Lake Forest Illinois. Janet became a Phone Swithhboard Operator at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest Illinois in July of 1987. Janet VANDENBERG was born on 20 May 1956 in Appleton Wisconsin. Ricky Robert LEPAK and Janet VANDENBERG had the following children:
