The Claussen/Lightfeldt family after coming from Germany settled around the Chicago area and then went to Duluth Minnesota, and finally to California.
The Lyons family was in Grant County Wisconson, Iowa, Minnesota and finally California.

I would appreciate any and all help tracking these families, I am new at geneology and find it very hard learn how, when, and why, in this search.
