42. John Charles BALLARD was born on 16 Mar 1941 in Altamont, IL. Graduated from Altamont, Il High School Class of 1959. BS from Murray State University in 1964 in Biology. He was married to Elizabeth BIVINS (daughter of Eugene BIVINS and Evelyn June THOMPSON) on 23 May 1964 in Mt. Carmel, IL. Elizabeth BIVINS was born on 10 Apr 1942 in Princeton, IN. Graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in 1960. BS from Murray State University in Education in 1964. Has taught Physical Education and coached in middle school since 1976. Member of the National Honor Society. Received Ohio Certificate of Merit of outstanding academic record. Recipient of the US Army Athlete-Scholar Award for her class. Will enter Ohio University in fall 1987 majoring in Physical therapy. (1987)
