SECOND GENERATION

5. Lorenzo Dow LIVELY ⁽¹⁾ was born in 1801 in Clinch River Grainger, Tn.. He died in 1857 in Eastern Iowa. Family tradition indicates that Lorenzo Dow was born on the Horseshoe Bend of the Clinch River in Grainger Co. (TN). He removed to Indiana in 1826 and later to Missouri. In 1850 he resided in St, Clair Co., Il., but subsequently removed to eastern Iowa where he died. His occupations included steamboat pilot, contractor, and farmer.

Eliza DOLLEY was born in 1800 in Maryland. Lorenzo Dow LIVELY and Eliza DOLLEY had the following children:
