Elizabeth Lee Miller's name is on the list of the children of Henry and Susanna Miller in the Hebron Church Register. "Betsy" was known to be very bold and brave. Frequently she would accompany her brothers on hunting trips. "Betsy" would even help keep the night fires built to drive away wild cats. Once when she was riding horseback, on her way to the dentist, she had to kill a rattlesnake that was in the road frightening her horse. The story goes that she did not remove the rattles. "Betsy" was a tailor by trade. Her shop on North Taylor St. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Next door to her shop, Francis LeCampion had his art shop. They became acquainted and married.
