18. Mary M. Lytle was born on 1 Mar 1819. She died on 1 Apr 1856. She was buried in Bethel Cemetery, Old Fort, NC.
She was married to Thomas B. Lytle (son of
George Lytle and Ann Clark) on 30 Aug 1844 in McDowell County,
NC. Thomas B. Lytle was born on 6 May 1816. He died
on 28 Oct 1889 in Arkansas. He was buried about 30 Oct 1889 in Linwood Cemetery,
Greene County, Arkansas. Thomas B. fifth child of George and Ann Lytle
married Mary M. Lytle August 30 1844. Mary was a daughter of Millington and
Polly Lytle. Their children were John M. and Louisa Marie. Mary died in 1856;
and in 1858 Thomas married Nancy Phipps. Thomas and Nancy had two children,
Leah Callie Lytle and Joseph F. Lytle. Joseph was adopted by Thomas, he was
Nancy's child by a previous marriage. Sometime after the fall of 1880 the family
moved to Pargould, (Greene County) Arkansas.
