1826 in Burke County, NC. He died on Oct 13 1909 in Murray County, Georgia.
He was buried in Murray County, Georgia. They moved to Murray County, Georgia
soon after they married to join relatives and made their home on family property.
Prior to enlisting in the CSA Ben took his family back to North Carolina. Martha
