She was buried in Bethel Cemetery, Old Fort, NC. Mrs. Willie Hogan Lytle was born in McDowell County, NC Her parents were James and Hattie Reel Hogan. She retired from West Marion Elementary School. Her husband, Charles C. Lytle, was killed in WWII. Charles Claudus Lytle and Willie Inez Hogan had the following children:
