I Robert Swinbanke of Riccall in the County of York, Yeoman being s ick of body, but perfect mind and Memory, praised be to Amighty God, doe make and ordain Thi s my present last Will and Testament in Manner and form following, but first my Will is tha t All my Debts and Funerall Expenses be fairly paid and Discharged, Then as touching the Temp orall Estate which it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give there of as followet h, First I give all to John Swinbanke my Elest Son the Sum of Twenty pounds, I give unto Eliz abeth Swinbanke my Eldest Daughter the Sum of Tenn pounds, I give the Sum of Five pounds, I h ave five hundred Pounds upon Bond which is in the hands of John Winder and George Brewer of S kipwith, which interest is to be paid to Elizabeth Hall for and during her Natural life, the n after Decease I give the Said Mony unto such Persons as are hereafter Nominated that is t o say Thirty pounds of that amony I give to John Swinbanke and Ten pounds to my Daughter Eliz abeth Swinbanke, five pounds to Eleanor Romans and four Pounds to Robert Bell, and fi ve pounds to Robert Romans, and two pounds to John Romans and three pounds to Elizabeth Roman s, I give unto Eleanor Romans the Sum of five pound. I give unto John Swinbanke my Grandso n the Sum of five pounds, I further give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Swinbanke he r own Choice of One feather bed and all furniture thereunto belonging and one of the best Cow s that I have I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Swinbanke, Now all the best of my goods an d personall Estate Moveable and Unmoveable whatsoever and I give Desire and bequeath unto Isa ac Swinbanke MyYoungest Son and to his heirs and Assigns forever, and make Him Sole Executo r of this my present last Will and Testament Revoking all other Wills and Testaments Heretofo re made, In witness whereof I have unto Set my hand and Seal this Thirtieth Day of August On e thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Eight.

First I give and devise unto my Nephew William Swinbank of Riccall aforesaid all my Houses an d Lands and al other the Appartenances thereunto belong situate lying and being in Riccall af oresaid to him and his Heirs forever, together with all other my Goods and Chattels and perso nal Estate of what Kind or Sort soever. And I also constitue and appoint the said William Sw inbank so Executor of this my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto se t my Hand and Seal this 30th day of May in the Year of our Lord 1781.
