In the name of God Amen, I Isaac Swinbank of Riccall in the County of York being sick of bod y but of perfect memory praised be to God do make this my lasw Will and Testamen t in manner and form following first I bequeath my suol to Almighty God and my bo dy to be buryed at the discression of my Executrix.

I give and bequeath to Edmund Swinbank my son five poun in full satisfaction of his protion t o be paid him twelve months after my death, if lawfully demanding top be paid by my executor s and all so another five pound I give to Elizabeth Danson my daughter wife of John Danson o f the city of York in full satisfaction of her portion.

And all the rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable Cael (?) I give to Eleanor Swinbank my w ife and make her full executrix of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I hav e set my hand and seal the day and year above written Signed and sealed in the presence of Is aac Bell Robert Harbut William Puckering Jr.
