142. Abraham Campbell ⁽¹⁾ was born about 1735. He died on 20 Feb 1806 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. Abraham Campbell's Will states: In the name of God, Amen, I Abraham Campbell weak in
body but sound mind and memory. To my son Richard Campbell the old plantation whereon I now live and the land on the east side of the road that leads to the Courthouse. The residue of my land and personal estate to be sold and the money equally divided between my daughters: Agga Adams, Milly Kerby, Anna Thomas, Franky Watson, Betsy Campbell, Sally Richards, Lucy Worsham and Molly Worsham.

Appoint my son-in-laws, Nathan Adams and Francis Worsham executors. Signed
Abraham (x) Campbell. Wit: Jeduthan Carter, William Welch, Richard Elliott,
John Long. This Will was from Pittsylvania County, Virginia. February 9,

i. Agness "Agga" Campbell⁽¹⁾ . Agga Campbell was married to an Adams. (Information sent to Ruth McBee Norton
by Gail Budda. Ruth sent the information to me, Danny A. McBee).

According to Pittsylvania County, Virginia Marriage Records, Agness Campbell, daughter of
Abram Campbell, who consents, and Nathan Adams, were married by Rev. Richard Elliott, July
19, 1790. Surety Bond by George Watson. [Danny A. McBee].

iii. Anna Campbell⁽¹⁾. Anna Campbell, according to her father's will, was married to a Thomas.

According to Pittsylvania County, Virginia Marriage Records, Anne Campbell and William Thomas married November 21, 1795. Anne Campbell was the daughter of Abraham Campbell who consents. Surety Bond by Richard Elliott. [Danny A. McBee].
iv. Francis "Franky" Campbell⁽¹⁾ . Franky Campbell, according to her father's Will, was married to a Watson.

The Pittsylvania County, Virginia Marriage Records state: Thomas Watson and Frances Campbell were married by Rev. Richard Elliott on November 21, 1791. Surety was William Watson. [Danny A. McBee].
v. Richard Campbell⁽¹⁾ was born about 1777 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. He died about 1853. Richard Campbell's death certificate, 1853, states he was the son of Abram & Dorcas Campbell and that he was born in Virginia. Information sent to me, Danny A. vi. Elizabeth "Betsy" Campbell⁽¹⁾ . The Pittsylvania County, Virginia Marriage Records states: Barnett Burnett and Elizabeth Campbell, who writes her own consent, October 17, 1808. [Danny A. McBee].
vii. Sally Campbell⁽¹⁾. Sally Campbell, according to her father's Will, was married to a Richards.

The Pittsylvania County, Virginia Marriage Records states: Jesse Richards and Sally Campbell, were married by Rev. Richard Elliott on November 7, 1796. Surety bond posted by Abraham Campbell. [Danny A. McBee].
viii. Lucy Campbell⁽¹⁾. Lucy Campbell, according to her father's Will, was married to a Worsham.

The Pittsylvania County, Virginia Marriage Records states: that Putram Worsham and Lucy Campbell married October 16, 1797. Surety was Jesse Richards. [Danny A. McBee].
ix. Molly Campbell⁽¹⁾. Molly Campbell, according to her father's Will, was married to a Worsham. [Danny A. McBee].

The Pittsylvania County, Virginia Marriage Records state that Molly Campbell and Francis Worsham were married by Rev. Richard Elliott, in 1799, no month or day given. [Danny A. McBee].

x. Henry Campbell⁽¹⁾. According to information from teds@hgea.org (Ted Stout), In 1787, Henry Campbell was living next to Abraham. Abraham may have given some land to Henry already, explaining why he gave the farm to Richard. [Information received on January 1, 1998 by Danny A. McBee].
