iii. James Rutherford⁽¹⁾. According to Si McCaslin of Savannah, Georgia, James Rutherford married his cousin Margaret McMahan and came to America in October 1738 and had three children. [Danny A. McBee, January 12, 1998].
iv. Samuel Rutherford⁽¹⁾. According to Si McCaslin, Samuel Rutherford was a twin to Allen Rutherford and both died young.
