294. Noah Maund(1) died on 1 Feb 1752. Abstract of Last Will and Testament: Feb. 1, 1752. Feb. Court, 1752. This
is a nuncupative Will proven before Samuel Williams by Eliza Webb and Joseph
Isenhanger, in which all estate of testator is left to Aquilla Sugg, who is
appointed Exr.

The following is listed in the N. C. Wills Book 1750 -1755: Noah Maund. 1
Feb 1752 O Feb Ct 1752 (before Benjamin Wynns). Edgecombe Co. Nuncupative
will. Eliza. Webb age 40 deposed that she tended sd Noah Maund in his
sickness of which he died 31 January about 10 o'clock, that he said Aquilla
Sugg was to be his executor & sd Sugg was to have his whole estate. Joseph
Isenmanger age 20 deposed that he attended sd Maund in his last sickness 31
Jan & he testified to the above. Sworn before Samll Williams. (Note: The
surname has been rendered as Mound.) (Copied by Danny A. McBee, descendant
of Noah Maund). Some genealogists suggests that Elizabeth Maund's father was
William Maund, Sr.
