County, Virginia. Swinfield Hill shows up as a signer on the petition for the
formation of a
new county in 1825 (Yancey County, North Carolina). Swinfield Hill owned land
in Henry County, Virginia. The book "Virginians in the Militia" mentions
Swinfield Hill serving from Henry County during the Revolutionary War.
Swinfield, Cp. March 1779 under E. Shors. A Swinfield Hill was on Thomas
Lane's tax list in 1795 in the area known as "West of the Blue Ridge".

Sanders Hill, age 55, farmer, born in North Carolina is also listed in the household

Hill, age 32, is the son of William Hill or not but he is listed in household
