I am researching the following family lines:
MCLAUGHLIN James and Catherine (LEONARD) MCLAUGHLIN of Ireland immigrated to Ontario prior to 1846. Children born to them in Ontario were: Honora, Catherine, Ann, and John.
CLARK(E) Henry and Mary (MAHAR) CLARK of Ireland immigrated to Ontario after 1848. Children born to them in Ireland and known to have immigrated to Ontario: John, William, Thomas, George.
Thomas CLARK married Honora MCLAUGHLIN and resided in Lambton Co., Ontario until 1891-1900, when the family moved to Chicago. Children born to them in Ontario were: Alice, John, Catherine Virginia, Mary, Francis (Frank), Nora, Henry (Harry), Ann, Lucille. By the time the family was in Chicago, they were using the CLARKE spelling of their surname.
Catherine CLARK(E) married John Joshua PARKER
PARK Joshua PARK of Indiana married Rachel WALLS of Kentucky. They resided in Sullivan Co. Indiana. Their surviving children include: Jacob S., Elza W., William E., Lucy J., Nancy Agnes, Noah A., Sarah E., and James W. The family used both PARK and PARKS spellings of their surname.
Nancy Agnes PARK married John G. PARKER
PARKER John G PARKER was a farmer in Sullivan County, Indiana. He also served in 21st Regiment Indiana Volunteers during the Civil War. His parentage is uncertain, but his father is believed to have been a Joseph PARKER of North Carolina who settled and died in Sullivan County, Indiana.
John G. PARKER married Nancy PARK in 1867 in Sullivan Co. Indiana. Children born to them were: Otis, Olin, John Joshua, Sarah Francis, Lulu Gert.
John Joshua PARKER was a physician practicing in Merom Indiana for 35 years. He was married to Catherine CLARK(E) and had three children: Jerome, John Gregory, and Alice Virginia.
BLACKWELL Charles Clayton BLACKWELL married Hattie GARTUNG WILSON. Children born to them were Charles Clayton, Jr. and Jack Leslie. Charles Jr. was married more than once and may have fathered several children. One daughter known to me would be Charlisa BLACKWELL born ca 1960.
