Sarah Phoebe Harmon (daughter of Thomas Harmon and Mary (nee Wiley))59 was born March 25, 1818 in Broomfield, Maine, and died December 14, 1909 in Savannah, Georgia. She married Richard C. Stark on May 02, 1838 in Portland, Maine.

May 2, 1838: Phebe, dropping the name Sarah and spelling her name Phebe, married Richard C. Stark, (born May 16, 1814 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England) in Portland, Maine in Christian Chapel (a Unitarian Congregation). The ceremony was performed by its pastor, Rev. Samuel E. Brown.
According to the 1860 Chatham County Census, Phoebe was born in Broomfield, Maine. Her headstone reades "Born in Portland ME" Also Name on headstone is "Phebe M. Starkes"
Phebe Stark died at age 91 and is buried in the Trumps lot in Bonaventure Cemetary, Savannah, Ga.
