She later managed another winter hotel called the The Virginia Hotel, both places were in West Palm Beach, Florida. She and her husband also operated a Boarding House out of their own home. Georgella was a very active member of the Methodist Church in West Palm Beach, teaching a Sunday School class and participating in the Methodist Ladies Association. Being active in church came only natural to her as her brother William Fletcher ALLEN graduated from Emory College in Oxford, Georgia, and was a Methodist minister. Her father William David Allen and her husband were also active in church, being Aldermen of their local churches. Georgella was a very beautiful woman, she had bright blue eyes, jet black hair and was of fair complexions, she was barely five feet tall and had an attractive slender frame. Georgella and Ezekiel William Jackson PARRISH named their first born child, "William", after Ezekiel William Jackson, and "Allen", using Georgella's maiden name. They had three children: William Allen SR, Thomas Edwin, and Wynn Butler. Their last child died at about 5 years old of a child hood sickness.
