John Minall the Elder of Bucklebury

Wife Elizabeth Minall £300 on surrender of Marriage Bond
Daughters Mary Minall and Charlotte Minall £300 each
Sons John Minall,and James Minall £500 to be held in trust and the income to be paid to son Thomas Minall and after his decease to be applied to the education and maintenance of his children.
Messuage and lands at Hawkeridge to wife Elizabeth during her lifetime and after her death to be sold and divided, with the afore-mentioned £500, equally between his children.
To the poor of Bucklebury £5 of bread.

Executors: Sons John Minall, James Minall, sons-in-law John Froome, Edmund Gunnell, William Westbury.

WILL OF JOHN MINALL

JOHN MINALL, of Bucklebury ...... yeoman..... made and published by me this sixth day of July 1812.
To my beloved wife Mary Minall all and singular my household goods and household furniture plate linen and china and all my store of beer and other liquors and the casks which contain the same ... for her benefit and disposal.
Brother James Minall and brother-in-law John Froome of East Shefford appointed trustees of all monies and funds, to be invested for the benefit of wife Mary and any children that may be born to them.
After Mary's death the monies to be divided between brothers and sisters of Elizabeth wife of John Froome, Sarah wife of Edmund Gunnell, Ann wife of William Westbury, Mary wife of Samuel Wall, Charlotte wife of Edward Bitmead, James Minall, Thomas Minall, or, if any are deceased, their issue.

Executors and Guardians of any children who may be born to him: brother James Minall and brother-in-law John Froome.
