Lewis Snively was a farmer in the Wilson District of Washington County, Maryland., where he lived in 1906. He was the first in the district to breed short-horm Durham cattle. He and his family were members of St. Paul's Reformed Church, of which he was an elder in 1906. Mary Catherine MIDDLEKAUFF and Lewis Resley SNIVELY had the following children:
