-Aug 1836, It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that Danial Grass,
formerly guardian of Jacob and John Oskin, infant heirs of John Oskins deceased,
has departed this life, There upon Wm Jones appointed guardian of said Jacob
and John. He died on Sep 10 1872. He was buried about Sep 12 1872 in Stark
cem, Spencer Co., Ind..
He was married to Hannah Roberts on Nov 26 1840.
