Hi, I`m Babs Paliwoda. I have being interested in my family history for about 6 years and have been lucky enough to have traced my CAUDWELL family back to 1636. The earliest CAUDWELL is WILLIAM who was born in Laxton in Nottinghamshire UK in 1636 I am also trying to trace any of my MACKLAND family but I am having no luck at all. HENRY MACKLAND was born about 1838 but I have`nt got a clue where he was born. He married ELIZABETH SCHOFIELD who was from a tiny village near Retford Notts. Their daughter ALICE MACKLAND was my g grandmother. I will be over the moon with any infomation on any of my family`s history. And I will try to give anyone any help in return
